Rozhodni sa pre nie\u010do, \u010do ti ho mo\u017eno iba trochu zlep\u0161\u00ed\u00ad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed\u00ad opust\u00ed\u00ad svoje novoro\u010dn\u00e9 predsavzatia u\u017e 1. febru\u00e1ra. Jedna z publikovan\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed\u00ad tvrd\u00ed\u00ad, \u017ee <strong>takmer polovica \u013eud\u00ed\u00ad u\u017e od prv\u00e9ho d\u0148a dokonca o\u010dak\u00e1va, \u017ee svoje norovo\u010dn\u00e9 predsavzatie nedodr\u017e\u00ed\u00ad<\/strong>. Vhodn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka teda je, pre\u010do sa v\u00f4bec zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 nad novoro\u010dn\u00fdm predsavzat\u00ed\u00adm, ke\u010f sami nie sme presved\u010den\u00ed\u00ad o tom, \u017ee ho budeme vedie\u0165 dodr\u017ea\u0165?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psychol\u00f3govia \u010dasto vidia za nedodr\u017ean\u00fdmi predsavzatiami nedostatok pl\u00e1novania, prive\u013ek\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1vania, slab\u00fa podporu okolia, ale aj nedostatok \u010dasu \u010di pe\u0148az\u00ed\u00ad.
