Aj preto sme sa rozhodli podporova\u0165 mlad\u00e9ho slovensk\u00e9ho triatlonistu Ale\u0161a Czucza, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 vo svojich 18 rokoch nazbieran\u00fdch nieko\u013eko pekn\u00fdch umiestnen\u00ed\u00ad z&nbsp;dom\u00e1cich pretekov. Ako s\u00e1m hovor\u00ed\u00ad, tvrd\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca prekon\u00e1 talent a&nbsp;verte, \u017ee&nbsp;on na sebe naozaj poriadne \u201emak\u00e1\u201c. V&nbsp;rozhovore n\u00e1m prezradil, ako sa k&nbsp;triatlonu dostal, ako vyzer\u00e1 jeho tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd pl\u00e1n a&nbsp;\u010di je v\u00f4bec mo\u017en\u00e9 zladi\u0165 ho so \u0161t\u00fadiom. Predstavil tie\u017e podujatia, ktor\u00e9 ho v&nbsp;najbli\u017e\u0161ej dobe \u010dakaj\u00fa, ale aj svoje kari\u00e9rne ciele a&nbsp;sny.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahoj, Ale\u0161. Po\u010fme pekne od za\u010diatku. M\u00f4\u017ee\u0161 n\u00e1m pribl\u00ed\u00ad\u017ei\u0165, ako si sa vlastne dostal k&nbsp;triatlonu? Predsa len ide o&nbsp;\u0161pecifick\u00fd \u0161port, ktor\u00fd si vy\u017eaduje v\u0161estrann\u00e9 \u0161portov\u00e9 nadanie, alebo aspo\u0148 l\u00e1sku ku v\u0161etk\u00fdm trom discipl\u00ed\u00adnam \u2013 behu, cyklistike aj pl\u00e1vaniu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodi\u010dia ma odmali\u010dka viedli k&nbsp;\u0161portu, \u010di u\u017e to bola turistika, ly\u017eovanie, pl\u00e1vanie, alebo cyklistika. Z\u00e1le\u017ealo im na tom, aby som sa h\u00fdbal a&nbsp;bol som zdrav\u00fd. Na s\u00fa\u0165a\u017enej \u00farovni som, asi ako v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina chalanov, za\u010d\u00ed\u00adnal s&nbsp;futbalom, nesk\u00f4r som pre\u0161iel na gr\u00e9cko-r\u00ed\u00admske z\u00e1pasenie a&nbsp;zl\u00e1kal ma aj kajak. K&nbsp;triatlonu som sa dostal v\u010faka mojej mamine, ktor\u00e1 sa rok pripravovala na \u0161print triatlon (750 m pl\u00e1vanie, 20 km cyklistika, 5 km beh). Pr\u00e1ve na jej pretekoch ma pohltila atmosf\u00e9ra a&nbsp;to spojenie troch discipl\u00ed\u00adn.&nbsp;Ve\u013emi sa mi p\u00e1\u010dila v\u0161estrannos\u0165 tohto \u0161portu, preto som sa o\u0148 za\u010dal zauj\u00ed\u00adma\u0165. Rodi\u010dia s\u00fa skoro na ka\u017ed\u00fdch mojich pretekoch, \u010do si ve\u013emi v\u00e1\u017eim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bavia \u0165a v\u0161etky triatlonov\u00e9 discipl\u00ed\u00adny rovnako, alebo si si k&nbsp;niektorej z&nbsp;nich musel vz\u0165ah postupne vybudova\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teraz, po takmer piatich rokoch tr\u00e9novania, m\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee ma bavia v\u0161etky tri discipl\u00ed\u00adny, ale zo za\u010diatku som si musel vybudova\u0165 vz\u0165ah k&nbsp;pl\u00e1vaniu. Bavilo ma, no pr\u00ed\u00adli\u0161 mi ne\u0161lo. Ke\u010f\u017ee som nikdy poriadne nepl\u00e1val, bolo to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Trvalo mi tri roky, k\u00fdm som sa vo vode za\u010dal c\u00ed\u00adti\u0165 dobre.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>\u201eRodi\u010dia ma odmali\u010dka viedli k&nbsp;\u0161portu, \u010di u\u017e to bola turistika, ly\u017eovanie, pl\u00e1vanie, alebo cyklistika. Z\u00e1le\u017ealo im na tom, aby som sa h\u00fdbal a&nbsp;bol som zdrav\u00fd.\u201c<\/strong><\/em><br><br><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Predpoklad\u00e1me, \u017ee nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 tr\u00e9nova\u0165 v\u0161etky tri discipl\u00ed\u00adny. Ako teda vyzer\u00e1 tvoj be\u017en\u00fd tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd pl\u00e1n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Triatlon je \u010dasovo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd \u0161port a&nbsp;je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 ma\u0165 spr\u00e1vny time management. T\u00fd\u017edenne tr\u00e9nujem 14 \u201320 hod\u00ed\u00adn a m\u00f4j tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 vyzer\u00e1 v&nbsp;jednoduchosti asi takto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pondelok: 40 min beh, 1h pl\u00e1vanie<br>Utorok: 1 \u2013 2h bicykel, 1h pl\u00e1vanie<br>Streda: be\u017eeck\u00fd tr\u00e9ning \u2013 1h<br>\u00c5\u00a0tvrtok: 1 \u2013 2h bicykel, 1h pl\u00e1vanie<br>Piatok: 1h posil\u0148ovanie, 40 min beh<br>Sobota: 3 \u2013 4h bicykel<br>Nede\u013ea: 1 \u2013 1,5 h beh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu tr\u00e9ningov sa sna\u017e\u00ed\u00adm ma\u0165 v&nbsp;skupine, preto\u017ee vtedy je to z\u00e1bavnej\u0161ie a tr\u00e9ning r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie ubieha. Kv\u00f4li \u010dasu ale mus\u00ed\u00adm niektor\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningy absolvova\u0165 individu\u00e1lne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samozrejme, ke\u010f m\u00e1m preteky, tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd pl\u00e1n vyzer\u00e1 \u00faplne inak. S&nbsp;tr\u00e9nermi m\u00e1me kamar\u00e1tsky vz\u0165ah,&nbsp;ve\u013emi si ich v\u00e1\u017eim a s\u00fa pre m\u0148a ve\u013ekou in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou. Na ka\u017edom tr\u00e9ningu od nich dost\u00e1vam odborn\u00e9 rady, motivuj\u00fa ma a&nbsp;podporuj\u00fa v prekon\u00e1van\u00ed\u00ad n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch tr\u00e9ningov a pretekov.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>\u201eKto chce poriadne tr\u00e9nova\u0165, mus\u00ed\u00ad aj poriadne regenerova\u0165.\u201c<\/strong><\/em><br><br><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-18fb9d92-4051-4f1c-9292-eaed903a15ab\"><strong>Ka\u017ed\u00e9mu, kto sa niekedy aspo\u0148 trochu venoval \u0161portu, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee \u201elen\u201c tr\u00e9nova\u0165 nesta\u010d\u00ed\u00ad. T\u00ed\u00ad najlep\u0161\u00ed\u00ad \u0161portovci sa \u010dasto dr\u017eia (najm\u00e4 po\u010das sez\u00f3ny) pomerne pr\u00ed\u00adsnej rutiny, maj\u00fa obmedzen\u00fd jed\u00e1lni\u010dek \u010di skor\u00fa ve\u010dierku. Je to tak aj u&nbsp;teba?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-fc1a0c94-cf42-42fa-a9f1-e1169d5e4280\">Kto chce poriadne tr\u00e9nova\u0165, mus\u00ed\u00ad aj poriadne regenerova\u0165. Je to hlavne o&nbsp;discipl\u00ed\u00adne \u2013 \u010dlovek nem\u00f4\u017ee pod\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165 poku\u0161eniu a&nbsp;mus\u00ed\u00ad sa naplno s\u00fastredi\u0165, ke\u010f chce nie\u010do dosiahnu\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Po\u010fme sa bli\u017e\u0161ie pozrie\u0165 na t\u00fa \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu. Vy\u017eaduje si tvoj tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd proces aj nejak\u00e9 obmedzenia, \u0161peci\u00e1lne stravovacie n\u00e1vyky alebo konkr\u00e9tne doplnky stravy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jed\u00e1vam pestr\u00fa vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fa stravu a sna\u017e\u00ed\u00adm sa vyh\u00fdba\u0165 fastfoodu. \u010co sa t\u00fdka doplnkov stravy, po tr\u00e9ningu si d\u00e1vam prote\u00ed\u00adn, po\u010das tr\u00e9ningu pijem iontov\u00fd alebo izotonick\u00fd n\u00e1poj a&nbsp;po\u010das pretekov si d\u00e1vam energetick\u00e9 g\u00e9ly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spom\u00ed\u00adnal si aj \u0161kolu. Vieme, \u017ee si v&nbsp;maturitnom ro\u010dn\u00ed\u00adku, \u010do sam\u00e9 o&nbsp;sebe nie je jednoduch\u00e9, nieto e\u0161te ke\u010f sa naplno venuje\u0161 \u0161portu. Ako sa d\u00e1 tr\u00e9novanie sk\u013abi\u0165 so \u0161t\u00fadiom? M\u00e1\u0161 v\u00f4bec nejak\u00fd vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u013abi\u0165 \u0161port a \u0161kolu nie je jednoduch\u00e9, no je to o&nbsp;ur\u010den\u00ed\u00ad si prior\u00ed\u00adt. Be\u017ene vst\u00e1vam o&nbsp;6.00, vychyst\u00e1m sa a idem do \u0161koly. O&nbsp;16.00 pr\u00ed\u00addem domov, no hne\u010f sa obliekam a idem napr. beha\u0165. Po tr\u00e9ningu m\u00e1m asi hodinu na oddych a odch\u00e1dzam na plaveck\u00fd tr\u00e9ning. Domov pr\u00ed\u00addem cca o&nbsp;20.30, nave\u010deriam sa a idem sa pripravi\u0165 do \u0161koly. Spa\u0165 chod\u00ed\u00adm okolo 22.00 \u2013 22.30, aby som bol pripraven\u00fd na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed\u00ad de\u0148. Ako vid\u00ed\u00adte, vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu ve\u013ea nem\u00e1m. S kamar\u00e1tmi chod\u00ed\u00adm von tak raz za mesiac, aj to len cez v\u00ed\u00adkend, ke\u010f m\u00e1m oddychov\u00fd de\u0148. Ak sa nem\u00fdlime, sez\u00f3na je v&nbsp;plnom pr\u00fade. Ak\u00e9 podujatia \u0165a v&nbsp;najbli\u017e\u0161ej dobe \u010dakaj\u00fa a&nbsp;\u010do bude pre teba vrcholom tejto sez\u00f3ny?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sez\u00f3na je v&nbsp;plnom pr\u00fade, pr\u00e1ve som absolvoval m\u00f4j prv\u00fd Olympijsk\u00fd triatlon \u2013 Challenge \u00c5\u00a0amor\u00ed\u00adn (1500 m pl\u00e1vanie, 40 km cyklistika a&nbsp;10 km beh). Je to najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie triatlonov\u00e9 podujatie organizovan\u00e9 na Slovensku a&nbsp;podarilo sa mi na \u0148om obsadi\u0165 1. miesto vo svojej kateg\u00f3rii (18 \u2013 29 rokov) a&nbsp;celkov\u00e9 3. miesto. Najbli\u017e\u0161ie sa chyst\u00e1m 26. 5. na \u0161print triatlon Senec a 21. 7. na MSR v super\u0161print triatlone v Rovinke. Vrcholom sez\u00f3ny je pre m\u0148a premi\u00e9rov\u00fd Ironman 70.3 Zell am see, inak naz\u00fdvan\u00fd aj polovi\u010dn\u00fd Ironman (1,9 km pl\u00e1vanie, 90 km cyklistika, 21 km beh), ktor\u00fd sa bude kona\u0165 1. septembra 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So s\u00fa\u0165a\u017een\u00ed\u00adm sa \u010dasto sp\u00e1ja ot\u00e1zka stresu. B\u00fdva\u0161 pred pretekmi nerv\u00f3zny? Ak \u00e1no, m\u00e1\u0161 nejak\u00fd ritu\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd ti tieto situ\u00e1cie pom\u00e1ha zvl\u00e1da\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na prv\u00fdch pretekoch som mal stres, preto\u017ee to bolo nie\u010do nov\u00e9, ale teraz je to u\u017e in\u00e9.
