Ako to pod\u013ea teba men\u00ed vn\u00edmanie vlastn\u00e9ho tela?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee <strong>soci\u00e1lne siete neskres\u013euj\u00fa na\u0161e vn\u00edmanie tela v tom, ak\u00e9 je, ale v&nbsp;tom, ak\u00e9 by <em>malo by\u0165<\/em><\/strong>. V minulosti sme sa s\u00edce tie\u017e porovn\u00e1vali, no maxim\u00e1lne s desiatkami \u013eud\u00ed zo \u0161koly, z&nbsp;kr\u00fa\u017eku \u010di zo s\u00eddliska \u2013 teda s realitou, ktor\u00fa sme naozaj videli. Dnes sa denne porovn\u00e1vame s tis\u00edckami \u017eien a mu\u017eov, pri\u010dom ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 obrazov je retu\u0161ovan\u00e1 a prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 nere\u00e1lnym ide\u00e1lom. Postupne tak <strong>str\u00e1came predstavu, \u010do je e\u0161te prirodzen\u00e9 a dosiahnute\u013en\u00e9<\/strong>. To radik\u00e1lne men\u00ed na\u0161e vn\u00edmanie vlastn\u00e9ho tela \u2013 <strong>sme k sebe kritickej\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, zvy\u0161uj\u00fa sa n\u00e1roky na seba a otv\u00e1raj\u00fa sa nekone\u010dn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti \u201eby\u0165 dokonal\u00fd\u201c. N\u00e1sledne namiesto radosti z vlastn\u00fdch \u00faspechov vid\u00edme niekoho, kto je e\u0161te \u010falej. Sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a sa tak nekone\u010dn\u00fd cyklus porovn\u00e1vania, ktor\u00fd je extr\u00e9mne vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00faci a \u010dasom devastuj\u00faci pre psychiku.
